Nat’s Nuts Return & Refund Policy

At Nat’s Nuts, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Because our nuts are perishable food items, we have specific guidelines regarding returns to ensure the safety of all our customers.

No-Return Policy

Due to the nature of food products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped. We want to ensure that every bag of nuts reaching our customers is untampered and fresh from our facility.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our top priority. While we cannot accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our snacks.

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or defective in any way, we will make it right by sending you a replacement at no additional cost.

How to request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at orders@natsnuts.com.

  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Attach a photo of the damaged packaging or product. This helps us improve our shipping process and file claims with our carriers!

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the rare event that a replacement for a damaged item is unavailable. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Nat’s Nuts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your tracking information hasn't updated in several days, please reach out so we can help you track it down.
